Bananas: Although banana is highly recommened for pregnant women, but it is not recommended for specific pregnant woman. Bananas have an allergen named as chitinase that increases the temperature of the body.

Watermelon: The diuretic attributes of watermelons have the ability to flush out not just the toxins, but also the necessary nutrients from your body. Dates: Dates are loaded with plenty of essential nutrients and vitamins that is not ideal for your health. Dates has the ability to heat up your body and cause uterine contractions. Eating one or two dates per day is alright and won’t lead to any complications.

Frozen Berries: Expecting mothers should avoid berries in frozen or dried form due to the high toxic content in it. Eating them can have adverse impact on the health of your baby.

Canned Tomatoes: Avoid all canned items, especially canned tomatoes during the critical phase of your pregnancy. The reason is that it contains large amount of preservatives in it that can arise complications for you as well as your baby.

  • Always wash the fruits thoroughly before you consume it. You can use a vegetable brush for this purpose. This will prevent pesticides, dirt, or debris on it that can cause infections to the mother and the baby.
  • Remove the damaged sections of the fruit as they can be contaminated by bacteria and can lead to infections to your baby.
  • Do not use detergents, bleach, or any chemical solutions for the cleaning purpose
  • Avoid “Precut” Melons
  • Avoid sweetened fruit juices as it can increase calorie and sugar content in your body

Fruits are generally healthy and nutritious for your health but not all of them can be appropriate for your health in pregnancy. The above-mentioned fruits can end up adversely impacting your womb.
